Privacy
Your information stays under your control.
This policy explains what IncluPair collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Last updated October 29, 2026Information you provide
- Account information such as your email address, user ID, and age-confirmation status.
- Profile information such as your display name, approximate city, intentions, interests, photos, and conversation answers.
- Before a newly selected JPG, PNG, or WebP profile photo is uploaded, your browser re-encodes it to remove embedded location and device metadata. If a safe copy cannot be produced, the original file is not uploaded.
- If you explicitly choose Nearby discovery, one foreground location reading is reduced on your device to a several-mile area before transmission. We store only that coarse discovery area, not the raw browser reading, and do not track location in the background.
- Disability or accessibility information only when you choose to provide it. You control its visibility.
- Messages, connection requests, reports, appeals, blocks, and support information you submit.
How information is used
- Operate authentication, discovery, mutual connections, private messaging, and account controls.
- Protect members, investigate reports, prevent fraud, and enforce community rules.
- Respond to data export, deletion, support, and appeal requests.
- Maintain and improve reliability and accessibility without selling personal information or using cross-app advertising trackers.
Sharing and visibility
Your public profile fields are shown according to the visibility choices you make. Nearby discovery exposes only a broad, approximate distance label; it never shows coordinates, direction, or a live location. Private messages are available only to the participants, except when a member reports content for safety review or disclosure is required by law.
Infrastructure providers may process information only to operate the service. IncluPair uses Supabase for authentication, database, and realtime infrastructure.
Retention and your choices
You can change optional disclosures, export the records available to your account, block members, or request account deletion from Privacy and data settings. Choosing City or Anywhere clears a saved discovery area; a short private rate-limit timestamp remains to prevent rapid location changes. A coarse area otherwise remains until you replace or clear it, or your account is deleted. Coordinates are not placed in browser storage. A deletion request pauses the profile while it is processed. Some safety or legal records may be retained when necessary to protect members or comply with law.
Security, age, and international use
IncluPair is for adults aged 18 and over. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and database row-level security, but no online service can promise absolute security. Because the service is intended to be global, information may be processed outside your country with safeguards required by applicable law.
Contact
Until the production support domain is connected, privacy requests can be started from the in-app Privacy and data screen. A verified privacy contact and operating-company address must be published here before public store release.
