Who may use IncluPair

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
  • You must provide truthful account information and use only your own account.
  • You may not use the service if your account was removed for a serious safety violation unless an appeal is approved.

Your responsibilities

  • Respect consent, boundaries, privacy, and the community guidelines.
  • Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, discriminate against, or sexualize someone without consent.
  • Do not scrape profiles, reverse engineer access controls, distribute malware, or use the service for commercial solicitation.
  • Only share content you have the right to share. You remain responsible for your content and interactions.

Safety and moderation

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts and content to protect members, investigate reports, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Members can appeal eligible account decisions. IncluPair does not perform universal background checks and cannot guarantee another member's identity or conduct.

Service availability

The product is under active development and may change, pause, or experience interruptions. It is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when anyone faces immediate danger.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and use is at your own risk. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. The final operating entity, governing law, dispute process, and verified contact address must be inserted before public launch and reviewed by qualified counsel.
